2. Sales Locations and Methods
Sold through the “Pass Case” app and website provided by Sumitomo Mitsui Card.
3. Usage Period
Valid for use within 30 days from the date of purchase and until March 31, 2027.
4. Validity Period
A 1-day pass is valid only on the designated date of use.
A 2-day pass is valid on the designated date and the following day.
Valid until 25:00 (1:00 a.m. the next day) on the final day of the validity period. If you exit the station after 25:01, you must pay the regular fare for the applicable section regardless of train operations or delays.

5. Price
• 1-Day Pass: Adult ¥2,000 / Child ¥2,000 (school-age children aged 6)
• 2-Day Pass: Adult ¥3,000 / Child ¥3,000 (school-age children aged 6)
• Pre-school children (aged 6 or younger) are free.
※One pass may be used by one person only.
※JR Kyushu: Up to two pre-school children (age 6 or younger) per paying adult.
※ Sarakurayama Cable Car & Slope Car: Up to one pre-school child per paying adult.

6. How to Use
After selecting the date of use and purchasing the ticket in the dedicated app, tap the same credit card, prepaid card, debit card with the contactless “Ripple Mark,” or iPhone (Apple Pay) used at purchase on JR Kyushu’s contactless readers (ticket gates, pole-type readers, or dedicated devices) and on dedicated terminals at facilities.
You cannot mix card tapping and Apple Pay tapping. Use the same payment method used at purchase.

7. Validity
Within the validity period, there is no limit on the number of train rides or facility entries.
Expired cards, lost cards, or cards without the Ripple Mark cannot be used.
When using a virtual card, do not register it under “Payment Method Management” in Pass Case. Instead, select Apple Pay on the payment screen at the time of purchase.
If a virtual card is registered and used for purchase, the ticket may not be recognized, and regular fares may be charged.

When using a virtual card, do not register it under “Payment Method Management” in Pass Case. Instead, select Apple Pay on the payment screen at the time of purchase.

8. Public Transportation Usage Scope
Within the validity period and eligible sections, there are no restrictions on stopovers.
9. Changing the Date of Use
Changes may be made until (23:59) on the day before the designated date of use.
10. Refunds
Refunds are available only before first use, regardless of ticket type, through the Pass Case app or website.
A handling fee of ¥220 per refund applies. Settlement dates follow card terms.
If Apple Pay is deleted from your iPhone after purchase, refunds may not be possible.
In cases of unexpected events such as natural disasters causing service suspension or facility closure, do not process the refund yourself. Contact Pass Case via the “Inquiries” menu. Refunds will be processed if eligible.
No refunds are available after the pass has been activated (“Use” button pressed).

11. Notes

(5) When using JR Kyushu, tap the same credit card, prepaid card, debit card, or iPhone (Apple Pay) used at purchase at both boarding and exiting.
(6) If any eligible facility is used during the validity period, no refunds will be issued. during the validity period.
